What is the All-on-X Implants System?

An implant is a small titanium screw that fits inside your jawbone and replaces the root-part of a missing tooth. Minor surgery is required to insert the implants. Once the implant is in place, a crown is attached to give you a highly realistic-looking and functional prosthetic tooth.

Here’s where it gets really interesting: You do not need a dental implant for each and every one of your missing teeth. All-on-X® (also called all-on-4 or all-on-6 depending on the number of implants) is a revolutionary and cost-effective technique that allows us to place a full set of fixed teeth on just four or six dental implants. The change will transform your smile and your life. They are perfect if you have dentures or are missing many of your natural teeth. All you need is four to six precisely placed implants on the top of your mouth, and four on the bottom, to restore your full smile. That’s the beauty of the all-on-four. And because the implant is made of titanium, it has the unique ability to fuse to living bone and function as part of it. So eventually, the dental implants becomes part of the jawbone and serves as a strong, long-lasting foundation for your new teeth.

"I have several complex dental issues, in part, due to a traumatic injury, thus requiring extensive implants, crowns, and veneers. Dr. Park has been a lifesaver! My only wish is to have found him sooner. Finally I am getting the dental care I should have had decades ago. Dr. Park and his upbeat, cheerful staff, are a godsend. Coming from snooty L.A. , and B.H.'s doctors, I can tell you, a great attitude goes a long way with me. It's stressful enough to be in the chair when you have lots of work to be done. But I am always relaxed and calm going into this office."

- Catte Adams -

"I have had a great experience with Dr. Park. I recently lost an old crown and the tooth could not be saved. Dr. Park did an extraction and an implant to replace the tooth. The procedure couldn't have gone smoother. There was no pain and was completed much easier than I was anticipating. Dr. Park explained everything as he was doing the work and I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Park."

- Al Bottalico -

"From the start, the office has been welcoming—Janell at the front desk is especially warm, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Park has done an amazing job with my full restoration. As my mouth has been healing, he’s listened closely to my concerns (including the size of the teeth) and has taken the time to reconstruct new prosthetics to match what I asked for. Once healing is complete, we’ll finalize the permanent set. What truly sealed my trust was something Dr. Park said when I asked, “What if I’m not happy with the result?” His response was, “If you’re not happy, we’re not done.” That’s exactly what I needed to hear to feel confident moving forward. My sister trusted him—and now, after going through this process, I do too."

Why Do Some Full Arch Implant Cases Fail

Get All-on-X done right the first time with J.P. Prosthodontics

Design, bite, cleansability, and long-term function all matter. A successful full-arch restoration should not only look natural, but also function properly, remain maintainable, and be designed for long-term stability.

A denture placed over implants is not the same as a truly fixed full-arch restoration.

Even a restoration that looks good externally can fail if it is not designed to be properly cleaned

Implant failure may go unnoticed until only a few implants remain supporting the restoration

If a patient cannot clean underneath the restoration, long-term complications become inevitable

Improper implant planning and excessive cantilever can lead to fracture and long-term complications

Material selection, prosthetic design, and bite forces all play a critical role in long-term success
